Delete your account

Enter the email address of your IMCURE account. We will email you a link to confirm. Nothing is deleted until you confirm.

What gets deleted

Your profile and contact details, saved family members, health score history, goals, diet plan data, reward points and offers, documents, reports and prescriptions you uploaded, messages and attachments, notifications and notification (push) tokens. You are signed out everywhere. Deletion starts immediately once you confirm.

What we keep, and for how long

Order and payment records that we are required to keep for legal, tax and payment-reconciliation reasons are kept for up to 8 years. After deletion they carry no name, address or contact details. Backup copies are overwritten in our regular backup cycle. Our partner laboratories who fulfilled an order may keep their own records under their own policies.
